What Is NewSparks?

NewSparks is an exciting new funding initiative that we run alongside our SparkFest festival of live and digital performances each year. Money raised through a ticketing donation is available to graduating Bath Spa students and alumni who have participated in SparkFest. Now, more than ever, these future creatives need our support. Your donation can make a huge difference in a creatives’ future and will help ensure that their creative voice is heard. This is important not just for them as artists but as a way forward for them to contribute in rebuilding the creative industries in the UK. We are inviting you to invest in the creatives of tomorrow.

How Can I Support?

Throughout each year’s SparkFest, every ticket sold will include a 50p donation towards NewSparks. This is your way to empower and support the young creatives in SparkFest to forge forward in their professional careers.

However, every donation counts, so if you feel that you are able to support our recent graduates and alumni further, you will be able to do so when you head towards the checkout of your ticket selection. Simply choose the show that you’d like to watch, click ‘Book Now’, and then add the amount that you would like to donate before checking out.

Your donation can be crucial in plugging the missing gaps in our graduates and alumni’s developing projects. Once our students have left University, this funding initiative can be there as a helping hand to enable their opportunities and ongoing professional development.
